May 5, 2026: Nick Gardner and Edible Hope Kitchen

Please join us to hear from Nick Gardner, who is the current Edible Hope Kitchen Director (nick@stlukesseattle.org). Nick is looking forward to speaking to Ballard Rotary about Edible Hope Kitchen and bringing us up-to-date about hunger relief in Ballard. After 38 years in the basement of St. Luke’s, Edible Hope is at its one-year anniversary at St. Paul’s UCC in Ballard (6512 12th Ave NW). EHK is open 8-10 AM Monday through Friday (including all weekday holidays), and the mission remains the same, to feed people in mind, body, and spirit. Consider stopping by to volunteer or grab a cup of coffee!
