A speaker for our Zoom meeting is Daniel Perlman, appointed this summer to be Chairman of Rotarians Against Malaria – Global (RAM-Global) Rotary Action Group. Dr Dan Perlman is a tropical disease expert who has been spearheading a war against malaria for decades. Before becoming chairman of RAM-Global, Dr Perlman fought malaria in Equatorial Africa, Zambia and Kenya by training volunteer healthcare providers to treat malaria in remote villages. The mandate of Rotarians Against Malaria – Global is to end malaria across the world. The non-profit initiates, connects and engages Rotarians and malaria experts to collaborate for malaria control and elimination. Join us and be inspired!
