Aaron has dedicated 19 years to the YMCA of Greater Seattle\, beginning his career at the Social Impact Center (YSIC)\, where he spent 15 years serving youth and young adults. In 2023\, he transitioned to the YMCA’s Financial Development Department as a Director of Philanthropy. This shift was driven by his firsthand experience with declining program funding following the pandemic\, as well as the strong partnerships he built across key departments.
