The Seattle-Bergen Sister City Association (SBSCA) coordinates exchanges and programs between the two cities. It organizes cultural events\, educational exchanges\, tours to Scandinavia\, Norwegian film showings\, and social and political forums. Jesse Gibbs is a graphic designer\, a published author\, and an advocate for marginalized people.
