A water trail is a route along a river or across other bodies of water such as a lake or salt water for people using small beach-able boats like kayaks\, canoes\, day sailors\, or rowboats. Andrée has taught sea kayaking since 1985\, and has led or been on kayaking trips in many countries\, including Baja\, Mexico\, Belize\, Chile\, Bolivia and Hong Kong. She retired as an L4 sea kayak instructor trainer educator with the American Canoe Association after fifteen years\, and has served on the boards of the Washington Kayak Club and the Trade Association of Paddlesports.
