Zachary Weaver is President of the Rotaract Global Service Club, where he leads strategic initiatives connecting Rotarians to civic renewal efforts, and convenes “Rotarians for Civic Participation” gatherings featuring youth civic leaders and established democracy organizations. He also develops messaging centering Rotary’s Four-Way Test and history as healthy democracy in action. Zachary is also Director of Democracy in a Box, where he created an AI Navigator to help align civic initiatives with Rotary’s 4-Way Test and 7 Areas of Focus, the IEP’s 8 Pillars of Positive Peace, and UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. He also established the “Design Your Own Internship” model for youth civic leadership development.
